What is Foodler?
Foodler is an online restaurant ordering service that lets you
place orders for delivery or take-out at no extra charge.
Does Foodler charge a fee?
Absolutely not!
You pay only what the restaurant or restaurant delivery service charges for the food and delivery. There are no hidden fees, and no monthly charges. It costs nothing to sign up and find out exactly which restaurants delivery to you! How do I pay for my orders?
Foodler lets you pay with either cash or credit cards.
You can pay cash on delivery or pickup. Or, you can pay online with your credit card if the restaurant you're ordering from accepts credit cards. You can store your credit card information in your account preferences to speed up your next order. How is my order sent to the restaurant?
Placing an order via Foodler is the fastest and most reliable method of ordering from a restaurant.
Foodler electronically transmits your order immediately after you submit it. The restaurant must then confirm that your order has been received within a short time period. Foodler customer support is staffed at all times to intervene if any orders are not confirmed quickly by the restaurant. When will my food arrive?
On average, delivery orders take 45 to 75 minutes to arrive.
Once submitted, Foodler begins processing your order instantly. Orders are normally transmitted electronically to the restaurant within seconds of submission. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been received by the restaurant. Please be aware that delivery time may be longer during poor weather conditions or special events in your area (parades, races, riots, popular insurrections, etc.). You can always contact the restaurant directly to inquire about the status of your order. Restaurant contact information can be found in the order confirmation email. When can I pick up my food?

How do I change my order after I've submitted it?
If you'd like to make a change to an order you've already submitted,
please contact the restaurant directly. Restaurant contact
information can always be found in the email we send you after the
order is placed.

CVV = Card Verification Value
The CVV code helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. Each credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same for all major card types. (VISA refers to the code as CVV2, MasterCard calls it CVC2, and American Express calls it CID.)
If your credit card does not include a CVV, you may enter 000 to complete your order. Should I leave a tip now or when I get my food?

Rest assured that restaurants are accustomed to being tipped at the time of the delivery. What are recommendations?Foodler wants to make it easy for you to find the food you'll love. Foodler scans your previous orders for food concepts that you've chosen in the past. Using a proprietary algorithm that statistically analyzes these food concepts, we produce personalized menu listing recommendations -- even for restaurants you haven't ordered from yet! As always, we respect your privacy and never share your ordering habits with anyone. What do ratings mean?Foodler displays customer-submitted ratings for restaurants and food items. Your ratings will be combined with everyone else's to display an overall rating for each restaurant and entree. Additionally, your restaurant listing page will be sorted using your rating whenever available. Rating stars are colored as follows to indicate whether they display your rating or the average rating from other customers.
You must place an order from a restaurant before you can rate that restaurant. After placing an order, you can rate the restaurant via the restaurant listing page, the restaurant's home page, or My Account. If you really like a restaurant, give it a 5-star rating so that it always appears at the top of its section for you! Bottom line: Foodler makes it easy to find the best food in your area. What is the restaurant satisfaction index?
The restaurant satisfaction index is a Foodler exclusive that helps you find the best restaurants in your area. It is a blend of many factors, including:
Satisfaction indexes cannot be purchased by restaurants, so you can be assured of an unbiased report. Foodler displays a ribbon for restaurants with the highest satisfaction index.
What do restaurant distances indicate?
The restaurant listing page displays a distance, like (0.45 mi), for
each restaurant.
This is an indication of how far each restaurant is from your address or campus, in miles. The distance is measured "as the crow flies", so driving distance may be greater. What are delivery services?Foodler works with third-party delivery services to provide delivery from restaurants that do not do their own delivery. These restaurants are indicated by "via Delivery Service." Delivery services sometimes cost a bit more for delivery. If you

the icon ( If you do like the higher-end restaurants that these services typically offer, you're in luck! Foodler will automatically notice your preferences based on previous orders, and we'll bring more of these restaurants to your attention in the Best Bets section. What are FoodlerBucks?
FoodlerBucks are accepted by restaurants displaying the FoodlerBucks logo. FoodlerBucks never expire. One way to get FoodlerBucks is to redeem a gift card. Other ways are to redeem FrequentFoodler Points, or place orders with instant rebates. What are FrequentFoodler Points?
FrequentFoodler points are our way of thanking you for using Foodler.
Points can be redeemed at any time for FoodlerBucks, gift cards, or even cash.
You earn 3 points for every dollar you spend on Foodler, 4 points for every restaurant rating, and 2 points for every item you rate. Ratings must be submitted within one week of receiving your food. Check your balance and redeem points in My Account. Some restaurants offer double or triple points. Look for these bonuses in the Best Bets section!
